Self-help book is a collection of self help topics written in an ebook format. When this book is released it will cover a variety of topics from personal development categories such as health, happiness, anxiety, stress, meditation, relationships, new age, and more.
The book currently in progress will be a collection of several articles I have previously written in the past in an ebook format. The book itself is going to be a very general self-help book. It will cover a broad range of topics into minor detail and will give you step by step instructions for completing each of the personal development topics. I also have an introduction chapter with a layout and self help plan for your guidance.
The book has three main self help focuses. Physical growth, mental growth, and spiritual growth. The phyical will be things such as losing weight, eating healthy, building your body, getting better sleep, etc. In the mental growth section it covers stress management, relationships, mind sharpening skills, love, happiness, positive emotions, anxiety reduction, etc. The spiritual one covers meditation, your inner abilities, intuition, etc.
I want to point out that I do not have a degree in medicine. I have worked with people and in hr for many years. I also have spent the last ten years of my life devoted to personal development.
